Swedish Physician Jobs

Swedish

Swedish is a comprehensive health network with a long history of excellence. The Seattle-based system operates five hospital campuses with more than 1,500 beds, and more than 190 primary and specialty care clinics. Part of the Providence family, Swedish is world-renowned for its innovative diagnoses, treatments and ground-breaking medical research at its five award-winning institutes: cancer, digestive health, heart and vascular, neuroscience, and orthopedic.

Provider Solutions & Development (PS&D) was founded by Providence out of a need to elevate the recruiting experience for its physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Since 2005, PS&D has been Providence’s exclusive physician and advanced practice clinician (APC) recruiting organization, providing dedicated teams for each of the seven states Providence operates in.

This in-house system, the first of its kind in the nation, ensures a white-glove hiring process for every Swedish provider job candidate. PS&D recruiters intimately know the locations, teams and patient populations that Swedish has to offer. We take the time to get to know candidates’ wants and needs, so we can match you with your ideal role, one that will help you reach your professional goals and bring personal fulfillment.
